From McQueen's 19 year career in the Fashion Industry, the Met. in New York will show over 100 pieces of work, from the 4th of May to the 31st July. There are a few websites online that have given us public a preview, and OHMAAGAHHH, if I could, I would fly to new york, just to be in the same room as some of these pieces.
The coverage for this exhibition will of course, be insane, helped by the most beautiful woman in the world, Kate Middleton, who as we all knows, wedding dress was made by the new head designer, Sarah Burton. This dress is to be put on display, but no-one knows where it will go yet- possibly the V&A london?
The collection works all the way from his early work in the nineties, when he worked at Givenchy, all the way to his last collection.
I just want to add a picture of Pippa Middleton, Kate's sister, who looked so stunning on the day, and is most certainly getting A LOT of attention now.
