The new trend on the street is 'kitten heels'. Labels such as Chloe, Louis Vuitton and Marni have displayed their own take on the heel that is no higher than 2 inches.
I understand that for figures such as the First Lady,Michelle Obama, the kitten heel acts as a sophisticated, realistic and high-class alternative to wearing back breaking 6 inch monsters. But, for us average lot, a night out would never be complete without the highest shoes you can find. I mean, they make everyone look taller, slimmer and more confident. I know they hurt so much, but thats the cost of beauty- and I will always pay the price.
Kitten heels are a shoe that is stuck in the middle, confused about whether they are comfortable and flat or sexy and high.
They are a pointless shoe, that have the same painful affect of super-high stilettos, but don't look half as good.
