After seeing Alice Dellal in an amazing vintage lace dress at the Elle Style Awards 2011 (below), I thought, 'mmmhmm why not try make one ?'
I think you will be impressed by how cheap it was as well.
Two meters of lace was only £3 and the elastic was 80p a meter (only needed one).
Two to three hours later, and you have a vintage inspired lace skirt.
I have paired it with a fur jacket from Next (£65- last year) and a load of jewelry I have collected over the years to make it even more 'vintage-esque'.
